For the longest time, most people have just assumed that Caitlyn Jenner and Sophia Hutchins were a couple! However, the latter now reveals that, not only have they never dated but that she’s actually in a budding relationship with a man!
The 23 year old’s clarification comes after more than a year of speculations that she and the 70 year old transgender icon were an item.
After all, they have attended many events and even family gatherings together all this time!
Furthermore, they apparently live together! Of course, it’s perfectly possible that they’ve only been really close friends all this time but it also makes sense that people would assume things.
Caitlyn has never confirmed or denied the rumors but would sometimes appear to hint at romance by using words like ‘partner’ when talking about Sophia.
But now, during a New York Times interview, Sophia made it very clear that ‘We were never romantically involved.’
She also told the news outlet that she’s just started going out with a 30 year old man working on Wall Stress and who even graduated from Harvard!
Caitlyn, who was also with the younger transgender woman, did not agree to being interviewed but did release a statement, telling the New York Times that: ‘Over the last few years, Sophia’s been my best friend, my family and confidant. She’s one of the top minds in her field. Her value in my life’s undeniable. The sky’s the limit with her entrepreneurial spirit.’
Asked why the rumors about them dating have not gone away all this time, Sophia explained that it was most likely because they ‘never addressed’ them!

‘I don’t feel a need to address my sex life, quite frankly, unless I want to,’ she noted.
