Since leaving Strictly, Camilla has become a life coach and she explained how her dancing career led to this transition.
“I’ve always been obsessed with mine tools, throughout my career and how I could become better in competitive situations.
“Also, on the show how I could use my words and training to help somebody learn quicker.
“When I transitioned [into life coaching] I simply continued to study the mind and I did different courses in mindfulness and hypnosis.
She added: “I’ve always been much more fascinated about the mind, even in dancing than I was about the steps so it felt natural for me and I just love sharing what I’ve learnt about the mind and body.”
Camila Sacre-Dallerup’s latest book, It’s Not You, It’s Me: How To Heal Your Relationship with Yourself and Others is available for pre-order.
