The US president hit out at the two leaders, who were filmed mocking Mr Trump at the NATO summit earlier this month.
He condemned the pair after a Twitter user highlighted their countries’ job losses, joking: “But Trudeau & Macron found time to snicker at Trump?”
Mr Trump replied: “They were just upset that I demanded they pay their fair share for NATO. Their countries are delinquent. I raised $530 Billion more from NATO countries!”
