Liverpool braced for audacious Sadio Mane transfer as PSG target Neymar replacement

Liverpool will reportedly have to wade off interest from Paris Saint-Germain with reports suggesting the Ligue 1 giants are preparing a bold bid to lure him away from Anfield at the end of the season. Mane has been in terrific form for Liverpool this campaign, scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists through 21 games in all competitions.

His performances in 2019 saw him finish fourth in the 2019 Ballon d’Or voting, ahead of Liverpool team-mate Mohamed Salah and PSG star Kylian Mbappe.

But Mane’s incredible form has also seen some of Europe’s biggest clubs take note and France Football report PSG are ready to test the waters with an audacious bid at the end of the season.

The French champions are supposedly resigned to losing Neymar next summer, with rumours continuing to swirl around about his desire to return to La Liga.

Both Real Madrid and Barcelona could enter a bidding war to sign the Brazilian superstar, with PSG hoping to recuperate most, if not all, of the £198million they paid to sign him in 2017.
