I’m A Celeb 2019: Andrew speaks out on camp row 'stop being a f****' amid rising tensions

Tonight’s trial on I’m A Celebrity saw Ian Wright, Nadine Coyle, Jacqueline Jossa and Roman Kemp take on an underwater challenge to win stars for the camp. While they were out, comedian Andrew Maxwell confided in presenter Kate Garraway on what he plans to do calm tensions in the camp. After a difficult few days between himself and Ian Wright the Irish comic was determined to stop arguing – but will his plan work?

Coronation Street star Andy Whyment announced the camp is now under a curse, and so the campmates would have to complete a series of reconings if they wanted to eat anything other than rice and beans.

However, when the other celebrities were out doing the trial, Andrew had other things on his mind.

It’s been a rough couple of weeks for Andrew and Ian, the two haven’t exactly seen eye-to-eye with their personalities clashing almost daily.

Tuesday night we watched Andrew complete a solo trial and bring back six stars for the camp, but after the trial Andrew needed a nap.

Andrew decided to go for a nap instead of helping Caitlyn do the washing up, so she had to find someone else.

Whilst Andrew slept, ex-England rugby player James Haskell scalded his foot after offering to help Caitlyn.

This got Ian’s back up, causing him to force Andrew awake and front up to him telling him he should have done the washing up and then napped.

This wasn’t the only time they bickered.

Even last night, the boys found a reason to argue, this time over whose roles are whose.

The contestants were banned from taking on anyone else’s chores after Caitlyn was announced as the newest camp leader.

However, when Ian asked Jacqueline Jossa to taste the dish, he was immediately confronted by Kate and Andrew who told him that to be safe, no one else should touch the food.

Ian and Andrew got into another argument about their interpretations of right and wrong, if ever there was a good time to say “Too many cooks” it was definitely last night.

Roman, Ian, Nadine and Jacqueline all returned back to camp and told them about the Trial.

As we saw, Roman managed to unlock all his padlocks so he got out and rang the bell, Nadine was not far behind him and she got out and rang the bell which meant the game was over and Nadine and Roman were the winners and now un-cursed.

Roman and Nadine talked in the Bush Telegraph Nadine said “Free from the curse but not free from the guilt of being the only two that will not be.” Roman added “It’s awkward down there, we feel like we’re the only two that dressed up for the party or didn’t dress for the party.”
