It’s time for another Duggar birth announcement! Former 19 Kids & Counting stars Josh and Anna Duggar have just welcomed their sixth child, a baby girl they named Maryella Hope Duggar.
Anna delivered Maryella on Wednesday, November 27th at 9:12 a.m., and she weighed in at eight pounds, two ounces. The newest Grand-Duggar measured 20 inches long. This is the sixth child for Josh and Anna, who are already the parents of Mackenzie, 9, Michael, 8, Marcus, 6, Meredith, 3, and Mason, 2.

“On Thanksgiving eve our hearts are overflowing with joy and gratefulness for the arrival of our sixth child!” the couple said in a statement to Us Weekly. “Anna had a fast labor and delivery without complications. We are so thankful for a beautiful, healthy baby girl!”
Maryella is the fourth grandchild of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar to be born in 2019 – and the third in the month of November. Back in May, Counting On stars Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald welcomed their third child, a daughter named Ivy Jane.
Earlier this month, Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell became parents for the second time when their daughter Addison Renee was born. And, Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson welcomed their first child, a daughter named Bella Milagro.
And, in October, cousin Amy Duggar King and her husband Dylan King became first-time parents when their son Daxton Ryan was born.
Josh and Anna announced their pregnancy back in April, and in June their kids joined them for their gender reveal. The couple also celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary this past summer.
Just two days before giving birth, Anna gave a pregnancy update on her Instagram Story. She posted a selfie and wrote in the caption, “Soooo I’m almost 40 weeks pregnant and ALL my earrings still fit great!!!”
Anna also posted a pic of one of her favorite holiday traditions – making a “Thanksgiving chain.” Made from one-inch strips of construction paper, everyone writes something that happened in the past year that are thankful for. Then, the family makes the chain and hangs it in the dining room.
On Thanksgiving night, the family takes down the chain and spends time reading through each item to remember all of the special things from the previous year. This Thanksgiving, Josh and Anna Duggar have one more thing to be thankful for.
