Eden Hazard heaps praise on Kylian Mbappe and drops Real Madrid transfer hint

Kylian Mbappe has long been linked with above to Real Madrid.

And now, Eden Hazard has revealed he will try to convince the Frenchman to join the club.

Mbappe set pulses raising over the summer after he admitted he would be open to a new challenge in football.

This prompted speculation that he will leave PSG after just two years in the French capital.

During his two-year spell at the Parc des Princes, Mbappe has helped PSG win back-to-back Ligue 1 titles, as well as grabbing an impressive amount of goals.

He has scored 38 goals in 36 Ligue 1 games, after emerging as one of the best players in the world.

And Hazard is clearly a fan of the 20-year-old, who is currently in negotiations with PSG over a new contract.

The Belgian forward said on Sunday that he believes the wonderkid will overtake Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player in the world in the coming years.

“In a few years he will be the best player in the world,” Hazard said.

“He is a great talent.

“If he continues like this, Kylian will go down as one of the best players in history.”

Madrid are keen to sign Mbappe, according to reports, and Hazard admitted he wants to help his new side sign the Frenchman.

He did concede, however, that he is unlikely to have any impact on the potential transfer.

“A footballer always dreams of playing with the best and if tomorrow I was able to help bring him to Real Madrid, I would try,” he continued.

Although, I don’t think anyone will ask me for an opinion.”
