The Morning Show is part of Apple TV+ first line up of shows premiering on the new streaming service this month. The satirical drama is based on the book Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV by journalist Brian Stelter. Reese Witherspoon portrays Bradley Jackson in the series, an up-and-coming journalist on The Morning Show.
Witherspoon is best known for Big Little Lies and Legally Blonde.
Also in the cast of The Morning Show is Tony Award-winning actor Billy Crudup as Cory Ellison and Black Mirror’s Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Hannah Shoenfeld.

The Morning Show is inspired by journalist Brian Stelter’s book Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV.
The series follows the story of news anchor Mitch Kessler (played by Steve Carell), who is fired from his presenting role amidst a sexual misconduct case.
Kessler’s co-host is Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) whose job is at risk without her co-star feels threatened by new reporter Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon).
