During a new interview, Cody Simpson made it clear that he is indeed taken! The Australian singer was in attendance at Tiffany & Co.’s Men’s Launch event yesterday and while there, he chatted with HollywoodLife about his relationship with Miley Cyrus, revealing that their romance is definitely a ‘different experience’ compared to others he’d had in the past.
‘I am not single, I am not single. I’m very happy. Very, very happy,’ he spilled the beans.
Cody went on to gush over Miley when he was asked what makes her so very special.
‘She’s creative, very passionate about what she does. I am very similar in that sense, so I think that is why we get along so well.
Besides, the two have a lot of fun together, something that Cody truly thinks is really important for any relationship to be successful.
‘We just have a ball! That is the most important part of a relationship. When you can say…we have been friends…the reason why it is not like, it has not been like a really crazy, sudden thing is because we have been friends for so long that when we sort of found each other again…we met back in the day when we were partying a lot and we had a lot of fun then, but now we found each other in a space where we are not partying but working real hard, and it just keeps things healthy,’ he shared with the same news outlet.
The man also confessed that it’s the first time in his life that he had a friendship turn into romance, which is why it’s a whole new experience for him.
It apparently feels very natural and healthy.
Cody has been working on a new album and he raved that Miley is very supportive which feels really nice.
Furthermore, he also tries his best to do the same for her.
Apparently, he wrote her a song and Miley is forcing him to release it.
