Strictly Come Dancing 2019: AJ Pritchard leaves fans in meltdown as he flashes live on air

AJ Pritchard, 24, and Strictly Come Dancing star Saffron Barker, 19, performed for the second time this weekend with a sensational Cha Cha Cha. The pair were relieved to discover they had escaped the first dance off last night, as it was double gold medal winning Olympian James Cracknell, 47, who was sent home. However, viewers of the BBC dance show were a little distracted by the young dancer during the main show on Saturday as he fooled around in shot of the camera.

As is routine, when a pair has received their comments from the judges following their performance, they then go to join host Claudia Winkleman, 47.

It’s not only Claudia who is waiting, as a number of other contestants and their professional dancing partners are seen reacting behind them.

In the past, eagle-eyed viewers have noticed on several occasions some of dancers fool around while the presenter is speaking with the couple who have just danced.

On Saturday night, it was AJ who fans seemed to hone in on whilst leaderboard star Karim Zeroual, 25, and Amy Dowden, 28, reflected on their performance.

The pair then got their score of 32, which they were jubilant over, with Claudia going on to explain the phone lines for the first vote would open at the end of the show.

As the host was detailing the terms and conditions, AJ could be seen behind the couple flashing his nipple to the camera.

It didn’t seem to be an accident as the professional dancer could be seen chuckling away after he realised his nipple could be seen.

Taking to Twitter one viewer asked: “What is AJ up to?”

Viewers didn’t seem too impressed with their score on Saturday, with one posting on the micro-blogging site: ““Bruno are you ok? A 7? Overmarked or what? #Strictly.”

A second chimed: “#Strictly Oh nonsense Bruno. Far too many mistakes to merit a seven.”

However, enough fans got behind the pair as they were saved from the first vote off which saw James and his professional partner Luba Mushtuk, 29, sent home.

The pair went into the dance off with David James, 49, and Nadiya Bychkova, 30, with the judges choosing to save the former footballer.

Speaking of his time on the show, James said: “Definitely enjoyed the last three days of the last week as I got to grips with the steps and started to enjoy it.

“I’m enjoying it anyway, the luxury of being with someone so good and learning off them.

“I’m a way better dancer than I was two weeks ago. Luba’s been amazing with being so patient with a couple of left feet.”

The pair will appear on tonight’s edition of Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two for their first interview since leaving the show.

Strictly Come Dancing 2019 continues Saturday at 7.10pm on BBC One.
