Barcelona confident of reaching Neymar agreement TODAY after PSG talks

Barcelona are hopeful of reaching an agreement with PSG for Neymar on Tuesday, it’s claimed.

The Spanish giants sent representatives to Paris for talks on Tuesday afternoon.

Barcelona offered £144m (plus bonuses) for the Brazil international, 27.

The fee would be paid in three separate instalments to agree with Financial Fair Play.

And according to Goal, Barcelona are confident of re-signing Neymar.

They say the Spanish giants even feel an agreement could be reached on Tuesday after swift talks.

Goal add that PSG are still hopeful of landing a player in the Neymar deal.

The Ligue 1 champions are asking for Nelson Semedo and £90m.

However, Barcelona would rather pay a larger fee and not lose any players in the deal.

Former Barcelona star Rivaldo has been vocal on the Neymar transfer saga, with the Brazilian urging the forward to return to the Nou Camp.

“We know everything that happened to @neymarjr,” the former striker said of his countryman on Instagram.

“His departure from @fcbarcelona was wrong never he should have left one of the biggest clubs in the world.

“But he is eager to come back and assume what he did. May the president of @fcbarcelona and all of the board don’t let @neymarjr go to another club.

“I hope it gets resolves with @psg and he can get back to where he should never have left. Visca Barca.”

Real Madrid are also chasing Neymar, however, it seems Barcelona are closing in on the forward.

Neymar was left out of PSG’s squad that beat Toulouse on Sunday.
