Earlier today, Jon Gosselin took to his platform of choice, Instagram, to post photos of his and ex, Kate’s son, Collin, and daughter Hannah, 15. The rare pics show the boy who came to live with his dad not too long ago, looking healthy and happy!
The siblings were getting ready for their freshman year of high school and it really looks like it is going to be a really great one.
Judging by the images, the teens are happier than ever under Jon’s roof.
They posed with massive smiles on their faces in the photos with each other or separately, with their dad.
In the caption, Jon wrote: ‘FRESHMAN!!! 9th Grade Wow!!! I cannot believe it!!! Good luck Hannah and Collin this year!!! Today’s their first day of high school!!!! I hope that all my kids have a wonderful year in high school this year and have great experiences!!! Love all of you!!!’
There is no doubt that this milestone is not only a big deal for the kids but also for Jon since he was just awarded full custody of Collin back in December.
That being said, any event in his life that he gets to witness from now on is super special since he unfortunately missed most of the ones in his past.
Collin was previously sent to a treatment center for two years by his mom for supposedly having ‘behavioral issues.’
Jon also has full custody of Hannah while the other six siblings are under their mom, Kate Gosselin’s care.
In the pictures, Collin looks all grown up and ready to start a new chapter in his life.

Reports claim that he has not been keeping in touch with his mom since moving in with his father.
