Weight loss: This exercise can help you burn fat fast – full workout plan revealed

A healthy diet and regular exercise is key for staying fit but there are some things which can help slimmers tone up more quickly. Following a workout plan which targets specific parts of the body can help speed up the fat-burning process. In one video, fitness instructor Sean T, revealed a short five minute workout which can help slimmers tone up quickly. He appeared on The Doctor Oz Show to give an example of a quick high-intensity activity that works the full body to help burn fat and tone up the whole body.

The workout is to help those hoping to burn fat from across the body and become more toned.

Speaking on the show, Dr. Oz, said: “Welcome to a brand new workout from my friend Sean T.

“It takes five minutes, I want you to challenge yourself to start small and build your way up to a total body reboot.”

So what should slimmers expect from the workout?

The high intensity routine mixes cardio moves with toning exercises in order to give a full workout.

Speaking in the video, he said: “These five moves five times in a row is going to come to 25 minutes and do five days a week.”

Five minute workout plan

High knees – 30 seconds

Slow jog – 30 seconds

Squats – 45 seconds

Jump squats – 15 seconds

Plank – one minute

Sprints – 30 seconds

Jumping Lunge – 30 seconds

Alternating lunge – 30 seconds

Jump squats – 30 seconds

As well as following an intense exercise regime, slimmers can shake up their diet in order to lose a few pounds.

Cutting out processed foods can speed up the weight loss process, according to a fitness expert.

Eating whole and natural foods rather than following a fad diet can help people transform their body and flatten their abs.

The low-carb and high-fat keto diet plan is also popular and can help slimmers burn fat as their bodies enter into a state called ketosis.

On the plan, people can eat high-fat foods including meats, fish, eggs, dairy and non-starchy vegetables.
