Best weight loss: This one trick can help you burn belly fat fast – what can you do?

While some people may want to trim down for a special occasion, others may simply want to improve their health. Whatever the reason for shaping up, there are a few key tips which can help people get on their way. Starting slowly and making small changes at a time could be the best way for slimmers to stay motivated, an expert revealed. Adding in exercise and drinking water can also help speed up the results and help achieve flat abs.

What can you do?

It may be tempting to drastically cut things from the diet, but slimmers could actually get better results if they make gradual changes, Ciara told Express.co.uk.

She explained: “Start light, incorporate little changes into your daily routine. Use the stairs instead of the lift, walk in your lunch break, aim for 10,000 steps a day.

“As your fitness increases, join a gym or sign up to some classes and make use of this.”

Eating less and moving more is key when it comes to losing weight, and adding in cardio based exercises can help burn fat and trim the waistline, Ciara explained.

“Certain things are good for blasting stubborn fat such as HIIT. I wouldn’t say slim down, but if you want to get rid of fat, go for short, sharper blasts of HIIT,” she said.

As well as exercising more, slimmers can enhance results by focusing on following a healthy diet.

“I think diet and exercise go hand in hand. If your diet is clean then you don’t need to lean so heavily on exercise, if you exercise more heavily, you can relax your diet a bit,” Ciara explained.

By creating a few healthy habits, dieters can notice the weight start to fall off, Ciara told Express.co.uk.

She said: “Drink two to three litres water a day, exercise at least three to four times a week and eat as clean as you can.

“Look after yourself, look after your skin, investing in yourself. Incorporate some mindfulness into your daily routine.”

For those hoping to burn fat and lose weight quickly, drinking more water can help beat the bulge.

Drinking more water may seem simple, but a number of studies have shown how it can be an important tool when it comes to slimming down.

One study revealed drinking just 500ml of water could be enough to prompt the body to burn calories at a higher rate for the following hour.

Cutting processed foods from the diet can also help people start to transform their bodies.

Opting for simple and natural foods are easier for the body to process and will ultimately lead to weight loss, an expert claimed.
