Tyson Fury brother: Do Tommy and Tyson Fury get on? Brothers' relationship – revealed

Tyson Fury, aka the Gypsy King, has seen his much younger brother Tommy Fury lap up all the attention as of late as he makes his mark on ITV2 series Love Island. Tommy, 20, is 10 years younger than his 6ft 9in brother although like him he is also a professional boxer. Right now he has put the sport to one side as he tries to find love, or maybe a chance of winning £50,000, in the 2019 edition of the must-see show. Fans are feeling the disappointment right now after learning Tyson will not be entering the villa in the regular family day feature.

A telly source told The Sun: “Producers had been trying to secure him for the past few months and he politely avoided answering.

“He felt it wouldn’t work with his profile.”

Tyson has in fact said very little about his younger brother’s move to reality television.

He is currently looking for his next opponent after beating Tom Schwarz in the ring last month.

He did say a quick word for ESPN before Love Island 2019 launched, saying: “He’s a good looking young kid and I think he’s going to be a hit with the ladies on it.”

Apparently, behind the scenes he had secretly warned his baby brother from going down the TV reality route.

The Mirror reported Tyson as saying: “He might get carried away being a TV reality star rather than a fighting man – and it’s the last thing he needs to do when he’s trying to become a professional fighter.

“I said, ‘Nah, it won’t be a good idea that, you’ll mess up what you’re doing in your career. You’re on a roll, keep with boxing.'”

However, it appears Tommy is no pushover and has been keen to build his own profile away from his brother’s shadow.

Speaking before he entered the villa, the hunk said: “I’m my own man and I’ve said it throughout my whole boxing career.

“I don’t want to be labelled as his little brother, I’m my own man and I’m doing the best that I can do in life and that’s all I’m setting out to achieve.”

However, there is no suggestion the pair do not get on and there are snaps of them posing together on Instagram.

Right now, Tommy appears to have found love with Molly-Mae, telling her on their latest romantic date that she is “the girl I’ve been looking for my entire life”.

However, Match dating expert Hayley Quinn revealed to Express.co.uk that Molly-Mae “doesn’t seem as infatuated as Tommy”.

She said: “Tommy has attempted to talk about life outside the villa and to romanticise what might be when they get out.

“Molly-Mae has failed to join into this vision of their future, saying she’s looking forward to being able to text again.”
