Seth Rollins makes surprising Brock Lesnar comments ahead of RAW Reunion

Lesnar shocked the WWE Universe once more when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on a vulnerable Rollins and regained RAW’s premier title with a thunderous F5.

The Beastslayer has been very critical of The Beast and his part-time schedule in recent months with some scathing statements as he said the super heavyweight is “notoriously in it for himself and the money”.

The fans are also frustrated with The Conqueror’s sporadic appearances and some critics are even doubting his in-ring skills.

However, Rollins strongly disagrees with that claim as he jumped to his rival’s defence and insists he is one of the most impressive competitors in all of WWE when he steps foot inside the ring.

The Architect considers Lesnar as one of the toughest athletes he has ever faced and his glittering history in collegiate wrestling as well as UFC support that argument.

Rollins told The Independent: “Say what you like about him as a human being and as a champion, and I’ve said all of those things in that way.

“But he is an ultra-competitor, and when the lights are the brightest, he turns it on.

“He goes, and he can go.

“For a guy who has been through what he’s been through in his life; from his teenage years and collegiate wrestling, his WWE schedule and UFC schedule, he’s a competitor.

“The dude is a fighter and he brings it, every single time, trust me – I’ve been in there and I know what those suplexes and knees feel like.

“It’s no joke – when he wants to go, he can go.”

Rollins and Lesnar will battle in a rematch at SummerSlam on August 11 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.

The No1 Contender earned the title shot after beating Cesaro, Big E, Sami Zayn, Baron Corbin, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman in a Cross-Branded All-Star Top 10 Battle Royal.

The two WWE megastars are also expected to appear on a special RAW Reunion next Monday at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

They will be joined by a number of WWE legends like Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Triple H and many more.
