Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Katie Piper, 35, has teamed up with Twinings as part of their Change It Up challenge.
In view of her 876,000 Instagram fans, she explained her reasons behind her new routine.
She said: “Over the next few weeks I’m going to be working with @twiningsteauk Cold Infuse by doing their Change It Up Challenge.
“It’s all about taking those things we know we should do – like staying on top of our wellbeing and water intake – and making them something we want to do by changing things up.
“So I’m going to be mixing up my usually busy mornings by focusing on meditation and how to make it more enjoyable.”
She then encouraged fans to send in their tips, adding: “How do you inject a little fun into your mornings? #Twinings #ChangeItUp #ad.”
Within the clip, the philanthropist said she had struggled to mediate in the past, but was now eager to get the “full benefit” from it.
She then encouraged her fans to follow her journey on her Instagram story.
The mother-of-two’s new health challenge comes after Katie Piper addressed her “scary” two-week health scare back in May.
At the time, Katie said she was diagnosed with a bad infection, but later elaborated on the issue.
She told fans she was left needing treatment for sepsis after the infection spread to her blood.
Taking to her social media page, she said it had been a “scary” end to the month as she thanked professionals for looking after her.
The former Strictly star uploaded a candid picture of her sat on the ward in a bright, patterned top with thick straps.
She captioned the picture: “Happy Days. I have been officially discharged from treatment for my infection.
“So this should be my final selfie from the ward for a while. I didn’t want to post too many details on here until I knew what was going to be the outcome.”
The star continued: “Thank you to everyone who has sent me get well soon msgs, cards and gifts.
“I had a kidney infection that spread to my blood leaving me being treated for Sepsis.”(sic)
Katie went on to say she had a “pretty rough time,” but insisted she was “so happy” to be well again.
“I’m so happy to finally feel better, extremely grateful to all the NHS staff who helped me fight this infection.
“We are so lucky to have this system,” she concluded.
Katie then shared various clips of her addressing her hospital visit further.
“It was quite scary and I didn’t really foresee that happening…” she added. “I can finally get back to normal.”
