Bob Dylan and Neil Young Hyde Park on Friday: Stage times, tickets, map and info

Two of the giants of American (and world) music will share the bill this week in London. It’s not technically part of BST but still taking place at Hyde Park on the same stages. Dylan and Young have shaped music and popular culture since the 1960s and their influences remain everywhere today. One alone would be exciting enough but 65,000 lucky fans can enjoy the double-whammy across four hours of extraordinary performances. And yes, that is a lot of people in one place. Be warned that phone and internet reception is patchy at best, so plan ahead where to meet up and when you dash to the loo. We have all the information and timings you need below.

FRIDAY JULY 12  MAIN STAGE TIMES:

It all kicks off just after lunch, but those of us who have to work can still dash across in time for the two main acts in the evening. Confusingly the Main Stage is called The Great Oak Stage, but you can hardly miss it, and you’ll understand the name when you see it!

AFTERNOON:  2.15pm Sam Fender. 3.30pm Cat Power. 4.45pm Laura Marling.

EVENING: 6pm-7.45pm Neil Young. 8.30-10.15pm Bob Dylan

There are also two smaller stages on the edge of the enclosure. Friday night is NOT Part of British Summer Time at Hyde Park but the same layout and map information still applies. Ask staff or security on site for directions to the North and Summer Stages.
