Love Island 2019: Curtis Pritchard to QUIT as Amy Hart left heartbroken by betrayal?

Curtis, 23, chose to recouple with Amy, 27, earlier this week when the girls returned to the Love Island villa following their stint in Casa Amor.

Whilst Amy remained loyal to Curtis, the professional ballroom dancer had his head turned by newcomer Jourdan Riane, 25, kissing her on a couple of occasions and claiming he would recouple with her.

Jourdan went on to couple up with Danny Williams, 21, and last night’s instalment of the ITV reality show saw Curtis tell Amy he was having doubts about their relationship.

Amy was left in floods of tears as Curtis tried to explain himself, but with a preview of tonight’s show seeing the flight attendant still fuming with her partner, could the professional ballroom dancer leave the villa?

Fans of the show suggested Curtis should “pack his bags,” taking to social media to voice their disappointment in the islander.

One viewer posted on Twitter: “Curtis just needs to pack and leave, I aint [sic] with his sobby s*** #loveisland.”

Another added: “Curtis will probs leave the villa by the end of the week #LoveIsland,” as a third wrote: “Curtis needs to grasp this opportunity and leave #loveisland.”

Others defended Curtis trying to speak with an upset Amy, with a fourth opining: “Actually curtis has been respectful to amy by telling her. what would she rather have done, find out when they leave the villa or get a heads up and deal with it inside so she’s not surprised when they get out #loveisland.”

Curtis and Amy will sit down together to discuss their relationship away from the villa tonight, but will Amy admit they are over, leading the dancer to make his exit?

Before the couple were faced with this challenge, they were one of the hot favourites to win the show in a few weeks time.

However, their chances have now slipped considerably, with latest odds from Coral bookmakers placing the couple at 16-1 to become champions.

Leading the way after they remained loyal to each other are young boxer Tommy Fury, 20, and social media influencer, Molly-Mae Hague, 20.

“Tommy and Molly look the real deal and they are now as short as 1-3 in the betting to win Love Island 2019,” Coral spokesperson Harry Aitkenhead said.

“It looks like it is theirs to lose and they are going to take some beating,” Harry continued, but Michael Griffiths, 27, and his new partner Joanna Chimonides, 22, chances look optimistic.

“Michael has chanced his arm with new partner Joanna but the likelihood of him winning has slipped out to 10-1,” Harry added.

Michael faced a fierce backlash for his decision after his partner previously, Amber Gill, 21, was left single after the recoupling.

Amber confronted Michael in explosive scenes last night as the firefighter told her: “Every time I say something to you, you laugh in my face which I think is really disrespectful.”

Shocked by Michael’s remarks, Amber said: “I just feel if I’m totally honest with you, that biting your tongue thing has come out of the blue.”

Angry over the betrayal, Amber also hit out at Joanna, making snide comments about the newcomer which were relayed back to her by Jourdan.

With the end of last night’s episode ending with the pair sitting down together away from the villa, will they broker peace or continue their rivalry?

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
