Russia alert: Kremlin warns child suicide bombers being used for biological attack plans

Moscow claims terrorists are using suicide groups that involve family members and even children to get inside highly protected facilities that house biological and nuclear weapons as well as toxic chemicals to be used in attacks. Russian Deputy Security Council Secretary Yuri Kokov told Russian news agency Tass: “A number of tendencies in the tactics of international terrorist organisations’ steps deserve special attention and analysis. “First of all, this concerns the continued attempts to get access to data about the manufacturing of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, their increased attention to issues related to the use of pathogenic biological agents and toxic chemicals for terrorist purposes.

“The increased use of modern high-tech technical means creates additional risks as terrorists seek to quickly acquire them and use in order to commit crimes.”

Moscow said an example of such attacks were ones on Russian military facilities in Syria carried out with the use of drones.

Mr Kokov said that with the aim of preventing such attacks, Russia destroyed a depot belonging to the terror group Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham in Syria.

He said the extremist group were housing combat vehicles.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stepped up fears of WW3 recently, by warning relations between Moscow and the US are crumbling, with both global superpowers boiling over amid bubbling tensions.

Mr Putin said: “They (our relations) are going downhill, they are getting worse and worse.

“The current administration has approved, in my opinion, several dozen decisions on sanctions against Russia in recent years.”

Russia has continuously shown signs of aggression toward several other nations.

Poland was the most recent country, with Donald Trump being forced to step in and pledge to deploy 1,000 US troops to Warsaw.

Russia has also come out in support of Iran, China and Venezuela – despite Mr Trump imposing sanctions on each nation for a variety of reasons.

Iran has sanctioned for its nuclear weapons, China over a trade row with the US and Venezuela in a bid to oust despot Nicolas Maduro.

Russia has also shown support for North Korea’s Kim Jong-un, despite efforts from Mr Trump to denuclearise the communist nation.
