Judy Murray dons finery and feather hat for Ladies Day at Royal Ascot 2019

Judy Murray, 59, arrived at Ascot Racecourse this morning for Ladies Day at Royal Ascot 2019.

The prestigious horse racing event is best known for it’s fashionable outfits and the former Strictly Come Dancing star did not disappoint with her choice.

As the dress code dictates, the tennis coach donned an stylish hat – opting for an intricate black feathery number for the occasion.

The Scottish sportswoman, who is who is mum to professional tennis players Jamie and Andy Murray, stood out from the crowd in a beautiful blue coat dress which was embellished with four large gold buttons at the chest.

Judy teamed the knee-length ensemble with a pair of black pumps with an elegant kitten heel and matching bag.

She finished off her look with a gold chain and classic pearl earrings.

The television personality, who was awarded an OBE for her services to tennis, women in sport, and charity in 2017, was pictured at the royal event ahead of the arrival of the Queen.

Also attending ever popular Ladies Day at Ascot was Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer.

The 37-year-old actress, who played Margaery Tyrell in the hit HBO series, cut a stylish figure in a green floral number and orange heels.

On her head she wore an eye-catching peach number which complimented her floaty maxi dress.
