GOOGLE STADIA – UPDATE ONE: The Google Stadia Connect live stream has kicked off.
Details on the pricing and release date for Stadia will be revealed during the pre-E3 2019 broadcast.
Games coming to Google Stadia are also getting announced, with the big headline so far being the reveal of Baldur’s Gate 3.
Ghost Recon Breakpoint was also confirmed as was the first ever Stadia exclusive – Gylt from Tequila Works.
ORIGINAL: Google Stadia fans will find out about the release date and price of the streaming service during a special Connect live stream today.
Google are holding a pre-E3 2019 event that will reveal more about their upcoming Stadia service.
The release date, price and launch titles for Google Stadia are all set to be announced during the Connect live stream.
The Stadia Connect live stream will start at 5pm UK time, which is 9am pacific, 12pm eastern and 6pm CEST.

Google Stadia is set to launch this year, and will let subscribers stream games simply using the Chrome internet browser.
Stadia will support streaming of up to 4K at 60fps and have the groundbreaking State Share feature.
This lets Stadia users capture a moment from a game and send a link to anyone in the world which will let them play that exact moment.
Ahead of the big announcement regarding the cloud-based gaming service alleged details about it have been leaked.
As reported on in a post by VG247, the release date, price and launch games for Google Stadia have allegedly been leaked early.
The alleged leak originated from news site Lapresse.ca, and it’s claimed Google Stadia will launch in November.
Google Stadia will reportedly launch with Destiny 2, The Division 2, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Doom and the three Square Enix Tomb Raider games.
However, it has been claimed older titles will only be included in the Google Stadia subscription – newer ones will allegedly have to be bought separately.
The Pro subscription for Google Stadia will reportedly cost just under $9 (£7) a month.
It has been reported that at launch Chromecast will be needed to run Stadia, with the service later coming to the Google Chrome browser.
As always with rumours it’s best to take them with a pinch of salt until official confirmation.
