That is according to NFL Network’s Good Morning Football co-host Kyle Brandt.
Brandt believes the Cardinals can expect to see Murry throwing the ball around a lot when the season starts.
He believes the 21-year-old quarterback from Texas will break multiple rookie passing records, including Baker Mayfield’s 27 touchdowns for the Cleveland Browns.
Brandt also thinks Murray can eclipse Andrew Luck’s 4,364 passing yards for the Indianapolis Colts, a record which was set back in 2012.
“I think Kyler is going to shatter them all,” Brandt said on GMFB.

“All the rookie passing records, what does that mean?
“Baker Mayfield, just last year, 27 touchdowns – gone.
“And the harder one, Andrew Luck threw for 4,300 yards as a rookie, cause I think Kyler as a rookie, I don’t know how many games they are going to win, just by volume he is going to start Week 1, we know that.
“He is going to chuck the hell out of it, cause I don’t know if the defence is going to be great.
“I think he is going to put up huge, huge numbers.
“Kliff [Kingsbury] didn’t bring him in and start all that drama with Rosen to check it down and start the run game.
“It is going to be the Kyler show, maybe they win six games, but I think he picks up numbers.”
Last season the Cardinals had a disastrous season and went 3-13. As a result they have taken a gamble on bringing in former Texas Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury, who is putting his chips on Murray.
Murray was taken by the Cardinals as the No 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft and fans are eagerly anticipating what impact the quarterback will have on the league next season.
The quarterback impressed many coaches in the NFL with his performances during college for the Oklahoma Sooners, where he threw for 4,361 yards, 42 touchdowns and seven interceptions, while also rushing for 1,001 yards off 140 carries and notching up 12 rushing touchdowns.
Few would disagree that Murray is a dual-threat quarterback, but many are waiting to see how his height, officially measured as being 5’10” at the NFL Scouting Combine, will, if at all, impact his ability to make plays in the league.
