The model and social media personality was attending the Rambo V: Last Blood premiere at the Film Festival and appeared to flash her underwear, which could be seen through her nude toned corset. The glamorous star posed for cameras at the premiere, where she wore a suggestive ensemble inspired by the underwear as outerwear trend. The face of Calvin Klein’s outfit mishap became more difficult to hide when she turned to show off the side of her dress, where the outline of her knickers became increasingly visible.
Meredith’s gown showcased a risqué lingerie influenced bodysuit as a base, which was partially covered with transparent black fabric.
The racy material cascaded from her shoulder and wrapped around her body to create a floor length dress.
The blonde beauty showcased her slender physique and toned legs in the revealing design, elevating her look with a pair of sleek black stilettos.
Meredith completed her look with minimal jewellery and a slick of natural pink lipstick.
The star made her eyes pop with winged smoky eyeshadow and wore her signature tresses in beach waves.
The event was also attended by Sylvester Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin, 50, who turned up to support the 72-year-old Rambo star.
The former model and business owner stunned in a sequinned dress as she smiled on the red carpet with her daughter Sistine Stallone, 20.
Sistine opted for a shimmering metallic gown for the premiere, styling her blonde hair in loose waves.
Earlier in the evening, Meredith shared some last minute beauty preparations with fans before her appearance at the premiere.
Filming a pal applying lotion to her legs on the red carpet in view of her 1.8 million Instagram followers, the model exclaimed: “Wow! Best friend goals.”
She finished the night by cheekily poking her tongue out in a selfie video on her Instagram Story with the caption: “Done with Cannes!!”
Elsewhere, the American Vogue cover star experienced another awkward wardrobe malfunction at Cannes when her cleavage baring dress caused a nip slip in front of the world’s media.
Meredith mistakenly revealed her braless curves at amFAR’s 24th Cinema Against AIDS Gala on Thursday night and was forced to clutch onto the top of her gown to cover herself up.
Fortunately, the model enjoyed preparing for the gala as she gushed about her gown on her Instagram Story during the day.
She said about the theatrical feathered dress: “On my way to pick up my dress for amFAR tonight.
“And I know it sounds like a cliche, but I almost cried when I saw it.”
Meredith then gave a sweet shout out to her hair and makeup team who helped her get ready for the evening out, addressing her hair stylist as she said: “Thank you so much to this beautiful lady who killed it on hair, I love you.”
