9am UPDATE: Man Utd eye Chelsea star Callum hudson-Odoi

Manchester United are keen on a move for Chelsea whizzkid Callum Hudson-Odoi.

A right-winger is on Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s wish-list and Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho had been mooted as a target.

But with that seemingly dead in the water – Sancho wants to continue to play Champions League football – Hudson-Odoi has emerged as an alternative.

According to the Mail, United, Barcelona and Bayern Munich are all keen on Hudson-Odoi, who is out of contract next summer.

Chelsea were handed the two-window transfer ban in February after being found guilty of breaching rules in the signing of under-18 players.

8.30am UPDATE: Eden Hazard could stay at Chelsea

Chelsea’s transfer ban could be bad news for Eden Hazard and any proposed move to Real Madrid.

The Belgian has been linked with a Stamford Bridge exit this summer.

But after FIFA rejected Chelsea’s transfer ban appeal, Hazard could be forced to stay at the club for the last year of his contract.

A source told Spanish outlet AS the decision was ‘very, very bad news’ for Hazard.

8am UPDATE: Paul Pogba to Juventus blocked

Manchester United midfielder could be BLOCKED from rejoining Juventus in the summer – because of his agent Mino Raiola.

Manchester United midfielder Pogba has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford after his relationship with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer started to deteriorate.

After his blistering start under the Norwegian fizzled out, rumours that Pogba would leave the club that were commonplace under Jose Mourinho have resurfaced.

As well as links to Real Madrid, The Frenchman’s former club Juventus have expressed an interest in bringing the midfielder back to Italy, but that move could be scrapped.

Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola has been banned from practising as a football agent in Italy for a period of three months, which limits his opportunity to get a deal done this summer.

Italian outlet Gazzetta report that both Raiola, and his cousin Vincenzo have been handed bans, and Mino won’t be able to be involved with any transfers involving Italian clubs until August 9.

7.30am UPDATE: Liverpool and Man Utd want Daniel James

Swansea star Daniel James is wanted by Manchester United but Liverpool could be the frontrunners to sign him, according to Jim White.

“Swansea City have got this lad Daniel James, very impressive youngster,” White said.

“He’s rated at about £10million plus add-ons.

“It’s my understanding this morning five of the top six, all apart from Manchester City, have enquired about Daniel James at Swansea.

“He was actually recommended to Manchester United by Ryan Giggs. He’s a kid but he’s got a pedigree already.

“But he’s a big Liverpool fan and I wonder, are we going to see this kid Daniel James heading towards Liverpool?

“So if the news wasn’t great for Liverpool, it might even get better very soon.”

7am UPDATE: Arsenal to ditch duo

Arsenal manager Unai Emery will attempt to ditch Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the summer as he looks to overhaul his squad, according to reports.

Ozil is the club’s top-earner and would free up significant funds for new signings.

He has struggled to nail down a regular starting spot in Emery’s team and is often dropped for away games by the boss.

Meanwhile, Mkhitaryan has not made much of an impact since moving to Arsenal from Manchester United as part of the deal that took Alexis Sanchez to Old Trafford.

And now The Sun say Emery is ready to ditch them both ahead of a summer revamp at the Emirates.

6.30am UPDATE: Tottenham eye Robin Koch to replace Toby Alderweireld

Tottenham are interested in signing Freiburg defender Robin Koch as a potential replacement for Manchester United target Toby Alderweireld.

There is a clause in the centre-back’s contract which means he could leave for £25million this summer.

German outlet Bild say Spurs have been impressed with Koch’s performances this season in the Bundesliga and could make a raid.

Freiburg are said to want more than the £18m they received for Caglar Soyuncu last summer if they sell.

6am UPDATE: Maurizio Sarri on Chelsea transfers

Maurizio Sarri has admitted that Chelsea need at least two new players this summer if they are to compete with Liverpool and Manchester City – on the day that their appeal against a two window transfer ban was thrown out by Fifa.

He said: “If the club is banned, then we’d have to keep the squad we have and bring some of the loan players back in, and that would give them an opportunity to play more.

“The fans would enjoy that. You can see that from the support we get from them. When the young players come on to the pitch at Stamford Bridge, they always get a fantastic reception.

“The fans believe in us. It would be a good thing for us young players, to have an opportunity to play more, if we do get a ban. That’s something we have to thank the fans for.” Chelsea currently have 41 players out on loan at other clubs.”
