Bible SHOCK claim: ’Jesus Christ spotted’ in images of burning Notre Dame Cathedral

As pictures of the heartbreaking scenes in Paris were beamed around the world one Scottish woman believed she saw an image of the son of God in the cathedral. Lesley Rowan, from Alexandria, West Dumbartonshire, posted a picture of the burning cathedral on Facebook with a circle around what she thought was an image of Jesus pointing towards the sky. The 38-year-old wrote: “I may be letting my mind play tricks on me here, folks take a close look at this picture and what do you see?”

Miss Rowan’s post quickly went viral with people inundating her with comments agreeing there was an image of Jesus in the picture of the burning 850-year-old cathedral.

Jaine Hepburn said: “It’s mad isn’t it. It’s lie someone standing with an arm stretched, I need my bed.”

And Louise Blair added: “Looks like a figure of Jesus o am I tripping.”

The blaze at the iconic cathedral was front page news across the world and sparked an instant outpouring of grief in France as people watched the national tragedy unfold on TV.

Miss Rowan hopes the image of Jesus in Notre Dame will somehow help Parisians mourning the destruction of the building which to so many symbolised everything which is great about France.

She said: “I feel like it will bring comfort to people in Paris and all over the world at this sad time.”

However, not everyone was impressed with what they saw in Miss Rowan’s picture.
