Louise Redknapp: ‘I hope I’ve got it’ Star hints at uncertainty after announcing BIG news

Louise Redknapp, 44, shared a video with her 6,800 followers today revealing she was learning her lines ahead of her return to the Dolly Parton musical. Sitting alongside her personal assistant Charli, she said to the camera: “We are in the car on the way to 9 to 5 – miss Charli is helping me with my lines.” Charlie pointed at Louise telling her fans: “She’s got this”. Louise gave a puzzled look to the camera before hesitantly adding: “I hope I’ve got it”.

Just yesterday, Louise announced she will begin her lead role in the musical after she was injured from a fall in January.

The singer postponed her stint on the show after suffering a cut on her chin and a fractured wrist.

Alongside a promotional snap of her and co-stars Natalie Mcqueen and Amber Davies yesterday, she wrote: “So it’s now official.

“I am going to be rejoining the west end cast of @9to5themusicaluk on Monday 25th March until 29th June. Hope to see you there.”

Many of her fans flocked to her page to comment on the news.

One user commented: “Yay!!! We are booked for 26 March… can’t wait!”

A second wrote: “Saw the show last night and was gutted that you weren’t in it. Absolutely loved it. Gonna try to get tickets to see you.”

A third added: ‘I bet the 25th March cant come quick enough. Xx”

Elsewhere, Louise shared a poignant post amid reports she is “growing close” to her ex husband Jamie Redknapp, 44.

According to Woman magazine, the pair have been spending a lot of time together despite getting a divorce after 19 years of marriage at the end of 2017.

They also have two sons together; Charley, 14, and Beau, 10.

A source told the publication: “There is a spark there now which he hasn’t seen since the very early days – way back when she was in Eternal.

“Frankly, Jamie fancies the pants off her again.

“Maybe it’s the forbidden fruit thing, but he’s enjoying flirting with a beautiful brunette. It cheers them both up.”

Yesterday Jamie Redknapp was pictured for the first time since the reports.

The football pundit attended the Cheltenham Racecourse with a companion and appeared to be distracted by antics in a distance.

He later gave fans an insight into his day and cheered on horses as the races took place.
