PlayStation Plus March 2019 COUNTDOWN: FREE PS4 games reveal, PS Plus news, predictions

PS Plus members are about to find out the free PS4 games for March 2019.

The free PS4 games will be announced on Wednesday, February 27 at 4.30pm UK time.

The games will be available to download less than a week later on March 5 at midday.

Unfortunately, however, PS3 and PlayStation Vita games will no longer be offered as part of the service, so hopefully we’ll get a PSVR game or PlayLink title instead.

The current batch of PS3 and PlayStation Vita games will be available to download until March 8.

Of course, there’s also a chance that the PlayStation Plus freebies will leak ahead of time. Express Online will update the piece if and when they do.

In the meantime, PS Plus subscribers have been having fun making predictions on Reddit.

Lots of people are suggesting that No Man’s Sky will be added to PS Plus.

Gravity Rush, Prey and Dirt 4 are also mentioned, alongside The Order: 1886 and Killzone Shadow Fall.

Sherlock Homes: The Devil’s Daughter and A Way Out could also make an appearance on PlayStation Plus.

Other people have suggested that Batman: Arkham VR will be added as a bonus PSVR game.

The February PS4 free games are live for another week, while the PS3 and Vita freebies disappear on March 8.

For Honor and Hitman: The Complete First Season headline for February.

PS3 owners can download Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots and Divekick, while the Vita lineup includes Funhouse and Rogue Aces.

And remember, no new PS3 and Vita games will be added after the March update.
