Virgin Media v Vodafone v Three Mobile – Prices cut as new deals can help reduce your bill

If your smartphone contract has come to an end, and you’re not interested in upgrading to something new, then now is a very good time to get a good SIM-only deal.

These plans don’t arrive with a shiny new smartphone but offer the chance to cut your monthly bill and give you extra benefits such as more internet access.

Some of the UK’s biggest networks have some hefty discounts right now on these SIM plans with some even offering totally unlimited data.

Virgin Media, Three and Vodafone all have sales on their SIM-only plans and here’s the discounts you can get right now.

THREE MOBILE

Three Mobile continues to offer its incredible unlimited data SIM for just £20 per month.

This deal also includes unlimited calls and texts plus you get access to Three’s free roaming which is now available in over 70 countries.

If you fancy this unlimited SIM you haven’t got long with the network confirming that the offer ends on February 28.

VODAFONE

Vodafone has announced a sale which now includes a SIM with 100GB of data for £20 per month.

This bundle also features unlimited calls and texts and you get a three-month free trial of Secure Net.

If that sounds like too much for your needs there’s also a discount on the firm’s 10GB data bundle.

This usually costs £20 per month but that price has now been reduced to £17.

VIRGIN MEDIA

Virgin Media’s mobile service has a number of discounts on offer right now.

This means customers can get 5GB of monthly data for £9 per month – a saving of £4 off the usual price.

Along with cutting the cost of some plans, Virgin is also giving away extra data with some of its SIM-only plans.

These offers mean you can get 45GB of data for £18 or 12GB for £12.

It’s worth noting that all of the offers above require you to signup to a 12-month contract so make sure this suits your needs before agreeing to deal.

Along with Three, Vodafone and Virgin Media cutting prices there are also some other offers worth checking out.

EE currently has a plan which brings 20MB of data per month for £17 and O2 has 40GB for £25.
