Jihadi bride who encouraged terror attacks NOT American and won't return to US says Pompeo

Hoda Muthana, who claimed to be a US resident, left her home in Alabama in order to join ISIS. The 24-year-old reportedly traveled to Syria in 2014 to team up with the terror group. A year later she took to social media to post messages encouraging fellow Muslims to launch their own attacks on American citizens.

According to Newsweek, Mr Pompeo said in a statement: “Ms Hoda Muthana is not a US citizen and will not be admitted into the US.

“She does not have any legal basis, no valid US passport, no right to a passport, nor any visa to travel to the US.”

It has been reported Ms Muthana was captured by Kurdish fighters after fleeing ISIS.

Talking to The Guardian, she said: “I thought I was doing things correctly for the sake of God.

“I was really young and ignorant when I was 19 when I decided to leave.”

“I believe that America gives second chances.

“I want to return and I’ll never come back to the Middle East.

“America can take my passport and I wouldn’t mind.”

During her time in Syria, Ms Muthana spread hatred among non-Muslims on social media as well as call on followers to launch their own attacks, according to the MailOnline.

She is reported as saying: “Go on drive-bys and spill all of their blood, or rent a big truck and drive all over them.

“Veterans, Patriot, Memorial etc Day parades. Kill them.”

Ms Muthana is the latest Jihadi bride to urge her country to allow her to return after leaving ISIS.
