Experts revealed that despite being far from a gym-bunny, Hayley walks four kilometres a day, and is generally very active.

So although it seems that Hayley is inexplicably thin, in reality she is eating the same amount of calories and she burns.
This is considered by many to be the most important thing to do when it comes to dieting.
