In case our extensive coverage of the all-new 992-generation Porsche 911 hasn’t been enough for you, the company released a full-length feature film surrounding the development of the car from start to finish. If you’re into how new cars are made, it’s a much-watch.
The video, which measures about an hour and a half in length, covers every aspect of the 992’s development process. From the original design sketches, to clay models, engineering of the suspension, drivetrain, and cabin, all the way to wind tunnel testing and final test drives of the prototype models.
Aside with a few interviews with engineers, there isn’t much dialogue-just lots of B-roll of magic happening behind closed doors us outsiders don’t normally get to see. So pull up a chair and check it out below.
