Super Bowl 2019: Rams vs Patriots SHOCK result predicted by Madden NFL 19

The 2019 Super Bowl is about to kick off at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, as the Los Angeles Rams take on the New England Patriots.

It’s the third consecutive final for the New England Patriots, whose star player Tom Brady could win a sixth Super Bowl ring.

The Los Angeles Rams, meanwhile, are taking part in only their fourth Super Bowl ever. It’s also their first Super Bowl since returning to LA.

According to the early betting odds, the Patriots are the slight favourites, although it’s really too close to call.

But that hasn’t stopped EA Sports from running its annual Madden NFL simulation, which aims to correctly predict the winners of the big game.

And if tonight’s game is anything like the Madden NFL 19 simulation, a shock result could be on the cards.

Watch it unfold for yourself in the video below.

According to the Madden NFL 19 simulation, the Los Angeles Rams will come from behind to win the Super Bowl.

The Patriots are expected to take an early lead, and will go in to half time leading by 17-3.

But a huge comeback is said to take place in the third quarter, as the Rams score 17 to the Patriots’ 3 points.

With the score tied at 20-20 going into the final quarter, the Rams will score 10 to the Patriots’ 7.

This means that according to Madden NFL 19, the Rams will win the Super Bowl by 30-27.

The simulation also predicts that Aaron Donald will be the MVP, after making four sacks.

You can find out for yourself by tuning in to the Super Bowl LIII later tonight.

The Super Bowl gets underway at 11.30pm GMT, which is 6.30pm ET.

The Super Bowl takes around four hours due to the 30-minute half-time show and TV advertising.

Maroon 5 are the headliners for the half-time show and the special guests will be Travis Scott and Big Boi.
