Rafael Nadal of Spain took on Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece today in the Men’s Semi Finals of the Australian Open.
The 32-year-old professional tennis player, who is currently ranked world number two, was cheered on from the stands at the Melbourne stadium by his partner Xisca Perello.
The talented sportsman has been dating Xisca, who was born María Francisca Perello, for 13 years.
The 30-year-old business graduate works as a director of the Rafael Nadal Foundation, the tennis player’s charity which uses the sport as a way to help vulnerable children around the world.
Xisca Perello, who is not often seen at tennis matches, chose a floral feminine frock for today’s semi final match.
The brunette beauty, who wore her hair in loose curls, opted for a fitted cream dress with delicate red flowers for the sporting event.
She was pictured looking animated in the stands as she watched the nail-biting match with Nadal’s coach Carlos Moya.
Nadal beat the Greek tennis player and will now compete in the Australian Open final against Novak Djokovic or Lucas Pouille – who will play each other tomorrow to decide who gets a place in the final.
