Honor View 20 announced – UK release, price, specs and every other detail REVEALED

Honor View 20 was shown off by the firm in Paris this afternoon and represents the company’s most premium flagship.

Honor View 20 comes with a 6.4-inch LCD display that has a 1080p resolution and a density of 398-pixel-per-inch.

The most distinguishable aspect of the panel is its all-screen design that features a cutout for the phone’s front-facing camera.

Such an aesthetic is similar to what is expected from the Samsung Galaxy S10 that will be unveiled next month.

The back panel of the View 20 is decorated with an aura that exudes the letter “V” in different colours depending on the angle light is hitting it.

Honor View 20 is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 980 processor that is also housed inside the Mate 20 Pro.

The capable chipset is accompanied by either 6GB or 8GB of RAM depending on the variant that is chosen.

The former comes with 128GB of internal storage while the latter arrives with 256GB.

Moreover, the handset comes pre-installed with Android 9 Pie and runs Honor’s Magic UI skin on top of it.

Honor have chosen Sony’s 48-megapixel IMX586 sensor to be the only traditional shooter on the rear of the device.

The Japanese tech giant announced the lens last year and claimed it was capable of capturing greater details thanks to its increased sensor size.

The front-facing sensor on the Chinese flagship is 25-megapixels in quality.

The View 20 also arrives with a sizeable 4,000mAh battery that should offer all-day life for owners.

While the handset does support fast wired charging, it does not allow for wireless charging.

Moreover, it is also worth noting the View 20 does not come with any certified water resistance.

The Honor View 20 comes in midnight black, phantom blue and sapphire blue colours.
