Ant and Dec: Britain's Got Talent 2019 hosts seen together after Ant’s tell-all interview

Ant McPartlin and best friend Declan Donnelly, both 43, were back together last night for the Britain’s Got Talent 2019 auditions in London.

The pair, who have presented the show together since 2007, are once again working together following Ant’s car crash last March and his tell-all interview over the weekend.

The television personality revealed that his best pal was “angry” following the accident which saw him arrested – and later charged – for drink driving.

He told The Sun: “He’s angry, of course he’s angry, but it’s justified and I understood it.”

Following the shocking incident, Declan went on to present last year’s live shows on his own and was then joined by This Morning host Holly Willoughby for the 2018 series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here allowing his business partner and friend time to concentrate on his health.

Ant went on to tell The Sun: “We’re friends first and foremost and we’ve been friends from the age of 13.”

During a successful solo stint, Declan became a father for the first time, welcoming daughter Isla into the world with his wife Ali Astall.

However last night, the much-loved presenting duo were back doing what they do best – entertaining the crowd at the London Palladium and showing the world that they are back in business.

Ant and Dec arrived at the event on a bicycle and were pushed along the red carpet in a tandem cart by an assistant who had to do all the leg work.

The pair were seen to be in good spirits, drinking tea in monogrammed cups and eating cakes on the freezing cold January night.

They were joined by the ITV show’s judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Simon Cowell who also arrived by bike.

Amanda Holden cycled to work before donning a glamorous golden dress for Britain’s Got Talent 2019 auditions.

Ant and Dec took to social media on Friday – the first day of filming for the latest series – with a picture of pair along with the caption, “#BGT 2019. Audition day 1. The boys are back in town!”
