The 60-year-old radio host and former magician’s assistant appeared in the Sleeping Beauty pantomime in Wolverhampton over the festive period, channelling her performing skills as the Good Fairy. Earlier this week, Debbie McGee said goodbye to her panto co-stars as they put on their last show together. She uploaded a picture of herself with the rest of the cast on stage with the empty theatre in the background as they concluded their final rehearsal. “Last panto warm up with our fantastic dancers. Miss you already,” she said.
Debbie could be seen standing in the front of the group, her legs spread wide in a bendy pose and her arms outstretched dramatically.
She flaunted her lithe limbs in a pair of skintight floral leggings and a matching zippered jumper, adding bright pink leg warmers and trainers to complete the bold look.
Fans took to the comments section to praise her touching upload.
“Such a poser,” one teased, while another gushed: “Love this!”
“Wow! Fabulous figure!” a third complimented, as a fourth added: “Debbie you are incredible.”
Debbie delighted fans appearing on stage in Sleeping Beauty from December 8 until January 13.
The star, who was married to magician Paul Daniels for almost 30 years before his death in 2016, showcased her impressive flexibility on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, reaching the final with her professional partner Giovanni Pernice, 28.
Her eye-popping moves earned the the nickname Flexi McGee and the pair were among the frontrunners throughout the series.
Although they were pipped to the post by actor Joe McFadden, 43, and Katya Jones, 29, she and Giovanni struck up a close bond during their time on the show.
Despite romance rumours circulating, both parties laughed off suggestions they were anything more than friends.
They have stayed in touch since the series came to an end, with Debbie revealing last year that they would still text as she backed the Italian dancer and his new celebrity partner Faye Tozer, 43, on Strictly 2018.
Giovanni recently confirmed his relationship with fellow Strictly star Ashley Roberts, 37.
Last month, Debbie shut down any impression she might be jealous of their romance during an interview on Loose Women.
Asked if she was jealous, she laughed: “No. Definitely not.
“We’re still friends and we were messaging through the live show,” she added. “He’s just a great mate.
“Probably that’s why I’m not jealous, because I wasn’t romantic with him.”
