DC Comics revealed the renewal on Twitter at the time, posting: “Ahead of the season one debut of Titans on October 12, the live-action show has been picked up for a second season exclusively on the all-new DC UNIVERSE digital subscription service.”

They went on to tweet: “This is only the beginning. Titans has been renewed for season 2! #DCUniverse”.

Given the success of Teen Titans, DC Comics is hoping its live-action offering will be following suit with many more seasons to come.

Season two is most likely to be released on a weekly basis in the autumn of 2019 for US fans – much like the first run.
