Galaxy S10 release – Latest leak offers Samsung fans some surprise news

If all the rumours are true it seems will reveal its Galaxy S10 next month at one of its famous Unpacked events.

This means there’s not too long to wait until we see what the Korean technology firm has in store.

However, a fresh leak may have just given us some fresh insight into what will be coming soon from Samsung.

According to Mobile Fun, who say they have had details pass to them from suppliers in China, there will be three S10 phones revealed at the launch.

This information is nothing new as many had already expected a trio of devices but what is a surprise is what they will be called.

Many experts had suggested that the smartphones would be called the Galaxy S10, S10 Plus and S10 Lite but this may not be correct.

The new leak claims that Samsung’s cheaper option will, in fact, be called the Galaxy S10 E.

Along with the name, Mobile Fun also says that the E will feature a 5.8-inch screen but won’t include an embedded fingerprint scanner placed under it.

That new security technology will be left exclusively for the more expensive S10 and S10 Plus.

Pricing is still a secret but it’s thought the entry-level S10 E could start from £669 with the standard S10 getting a £799 price tag.

If you want the S10 Plus then expect to pay a premium with this colossal call maker possibly starting from £899.

Although there’s still no confirmation of what will actually feature on this new flagship it’s thought it will get all the usual upgrades including a much faster processor, bigger battery and more internal storage.

A slight design tweak could also see Samsung push the screen to the very edges of the device with the bezels almost appearing invisible.

Unlike most of its rivals, it’s thought Samsung won’t include the controversial notch design on the S10 and will instead punch the front-facing camera out of the display.

Along with this new selfie camerathere’s likely to be some major improvements to the rear camera as well.

We’re expecting to see the S10 pack a triple rear snapper into its glass and metal body with this trio of cameras able to shoot images with improved zoom and wide angle option.

One final change could arrive in the form of reverse wireless charging which will allow the S10 to refill other devices simply by touching them.
