Sony will be hoping that their PSVR can build on its 2018 success in the coming months.
The key to that will be offering new and exciting virtual reality experiences, and it appears that more stuff is on the way.
While rumours swirl around what kind of PSVR upgrade will be available through the PlayStation 5, PS4 gamers just received some very good news.
A new demo will be hitting the PlayStation Store in January which will hopefully offer some amazing new gameplay.

No solid release details have been shared on when this new demo will be going live and what kind of content it will offer.
Eden Tomorrow blew fans away when a trailer was shown during E3 but has yet to be given a solid launch date.
Eden Tomorrow is being developed exclusively for PlayStation VR and is described as a narrative-driven, sci-fi action-adventure set on a strange and frightening alien world.
“Explore your otherworldly surroundings in search of answers, contending with hostile environments and dangerous local wildlife as you unpick the cryptic riddles as to how you ended up there.
“Experienced through the eyes of a lost wanderer, you’ll come face-to-face with giant worms, be pursued by vicious flying creatures and find yourself jostled among a herd of stampeding Sand Walkers as you work to uncover the planet’s secrets.”
Sony PlayStation will likely share more news on the release of the exciting new demo later this week.
This could come in the form of an official PlayStation blogpost, teasing details on what will be included in the new experience.
Fans can expect the new demo to land on the PlayStation Store in January, which means a full release might not be far away.
Another exclusive virtual reality game would certainly help push the PSVR even further in 2019.
Astro Bot Rescue Mission has been praised as a real step forward for Virtual Reality games by critics.
And it will now be the title to beat when it comes to expanding the PlayStation VR brand further.
There is already talk of Sony PlayStation experimenting with new accessories for the PSVR2.
This includes reports of a new glove that can be used as a new input device, changing the way players can interact with the virtual world.
None of this has been confirmed by the company yet; however, analysts are predicting an announcement for 2019.
