Kim Kardashian, 38, and Kanye West, 41, have reportedly used the same surrogate who carried their daughter Chicago, who was born 11 months ago.
US Weekly have claimed the couple are expecting a baby boy, who is due in May.
Kim and Kanye, who tied the knot in 2014, are also parents to North, five, and Saint, three, who were born without a surrogate.
The mother-of-three recently spoke out about expanding her brood in a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She spilled: “Kanye wants to have more. He’s been harassing me. He wants like seven. He’s like stuck on seven.
“[Seven kids is] crazy. I could never, especially in like the world we live in.
“I’ve been kind of hesitant about having more kids because it literally keeps me up at night, thinking about how my kids will survive in a crazy world like this.”
Kim suffered from health issues during her two pregnancies including preeclampsia and placenta accreta.
Her struggles were documented on their reality show and Kim was advised not to have another natural pregnancy.
Kim said: “Kanye and I have always talked about having more kids, but I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me to carry my own babies.”
The star continued: “But getting a surrogate and finding someone that you really trust really is so much more difficult of a situation than you could really could imagine.”
Kim explained how hard the decision was to find a surrogate who they could trust to carry their baby.
“You have to make sure that their lifestyle is healthy, they have to go through psychological testing,” she said.
“But I think everything happens for a reason because the surrogate that I really love got approved.”
Kim recently spent her first Christmas as a family of five and ensured she documented their time together on Instagram.
The brunette bombshell held the famous Kardashian Christmas Eve party in her home for the first time.
Kim shared many family shots of herself with her children and spouse as they got into the festive spirit.
The entrepreneur dressed in a plunging white, silk gown for the celebration, which showed off her ample cleavage.
The eye-popping number clung to her hourglass curves and she finished off her look by wearing her raven tresses in a sleek, straight style.
