It has taken the Online Think Tank a while to come up with a perfect plan to unite the digital nervous system of all governments; local-Municipal, County, State, Province, Federal and The World Government into one system to serve mankind. In this phase we will describe how this system will work.
IT System – Phase VIII for World eGovernment
The System will be supervised of an Artificial Intelligent Netcentric Super Computer and it will be programmed by humans and for humans; by the people and for the people. It will be void of human corruption and be one with the people because it will be programmed by them.
By the time this system is fully built with its far reaching networks to the local government level; townships, remote villas or even small tribal islands in the South Pacific; IT will be programmed by ever human connected to the Internet.
We will use a combination of strategies, which theoretical concepts are derived from the Pangea educational program for kids and learning, a social network collaboration with concept maps and we keep it simple in design with 3-5 main mains of our Concept Map (AI Super Computer MindMap) with infinite branches.

The resultant is a Super Computer Collective of human thought with the capabilities to process more all the human thought of every human that has ever lived in 1-second. This will be possible one day soon.
Carnegie Mellon has the program already for input and programming of AI Computers and processing speeds of that magnitude for super computers are well on the way. Consider the programming just like a Pangea-WikiPedia-MindMap-Concept Map-hybrid. Linking this with VR avatars so humans can interface with IT, we will have the true vision of "IT" and we can build it.
