Now delays have become “significant delays” which puts everything back where it started and means fans may have to wait until the next huge US diary date which is almost two months aways.
A new report leaves fans facing the likelihood that February 3 will be the day the first teaser trailer for Episode 9 arrives.
The leak said: “When it comes to the actual footage for Episode 9, we heard recently there would be a delay with the teaser. However, now we’ve heard there will be a significant delay. We won’t see it until some point in the first quarter of 2019. Which means January, February or March, some time before Star Wars Celebration when we get the full trailer. In fact, Super Bowl 2019 is the most likely date.”
Star Wars and Marvel, like every major studio, often use Super Bowl as the moment to reveal the first look at their biggest projects.
