Nebula didn’t exactly have a fun ride through Avengers Infinity War. After being tortured by her father Thanos, so her sister Gamora would reveal the location of the Soul Stone, Gillan’s character made a daring escape. Aiding the Avengers on Titan, she and Tony Stark were the only survivors left after the Snap. Nebula has since briefly appeared in Marvel‘s Avengers Endgame trailer, and it’s not looking good for her and Iron Man.
Having departed Titan for Earth on the Guardians of the Galaxy’s ship, the two are stranded in Outer Space with no food or water.
However, it’s certain that they will escape death after Gillan teased her role in Avengers Endgame.
Speaking with PEOPLE, the 31-year-old said: “What can I say?
“Thanos is her dad and she is definitely going to confront some serious daddy issues. That’s for sure.”

The Nebula actress took a screenshot of her alarm app on her iPhone, with a number of wake up calls set up to 4:30am.
The early start isn’t surprising for Gillan, who has a lot of prosthetic makeup to wear as her cyborg character.
Over the top of the screenshot, she wrote: “You know what this means…
“Nebula has some unfinished business with Daddio. Reshoots!”
It’s also worth pointing out that in the Infinity Gauntlet comic, on which Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame is loosely based, Nebula distracted Thanos and took the Gauntlet for herself.
In fact, it’s her who restores the universe to how it was, so perhaps Avengers Endgame will follow likewise?
Whatever happens, it looks like Nebula will play a key role in Avengers Endgame’s conclusion.
