Melania and Donald Trump to make SHOCK Hollywood appearance in film about Queen’s dog

The Queen’s Corgi is produced by the same people who brought Gnomeo And Juliet and Sherlock Gnomes to the big screen. The Trumps will not be starring in the film themselves. Instead, Donald and Melania will be voiced by Jon Culshaw and Debra Stevenson respectively.

Actor and impressionist Jon Culshaw is a regular impersonator on BBC radio programme, Dead Ringers – although Trump is usually played on that show by Lewis MacLeod.

But Mr Culshaw is expected to attract more interest, as the British star is a more well-known name.

Ms Stevenson also appears on the popular radio show with Mr Culshaw, where she voices Melania regularly.

Stand up comic Jack Whitehall will play Rex, the Queen’s Top Dog – a spoilt little corgi who lives a life of luxury in Buckingham Palace.

Of the “super-cute” canine, a trailer from the film said: “Meet Rex, he’s cheeky, super-cute and mischievous.

“Next year, one Royal dog will steal the hearts of the nation.”

Mr Whitehall is known for his work on UK television, notably appearing on quiz panel shows and sitcoms.

The British comedian and actor recently voiced Disney’s first openly gay character – in a move that attracted controversy from some LGBTQ factions, who questioned why a straight man would be given the role.

Among the other – perhaps surprisingly famous – cast members are UK acting royalty Ray Winstone and Dame Julie Walters.

The British stars voice Tyson and The Queen respectively.

Mr Winstone is a well-esteemed British filmmaker and actor, best renowned for his “hard man” gangster roles.

Ms Walters memorably played Molly Weasley in the Harry Potter movies – and shocked viewers with her daring “bare-all” performance in comedy smash-hit Calendar Girls.
