The Queen’s Corgi is produced by the same people who brought Gnomeo And Juliet and Sherlock Gnomes to the big screen. The Trumps will not be starring in the film themselves. Instead, Donald and Melania will be voiced by Jon Culshaw and Debra Stevenson respectively.
Actor and impressionist Jon Culshaw is a regular impersonator on BBC radio programme, Dead Ringers – although Trump is usually played on that show by Lewis MacLeod.
But Mr Culshaw is expected to attract more interest, as the British star is a more well-known name.
Ms Stevenson also appears on the popular radio show with Mr Culshaw, where she voices Melania regularly.
Stand up comic Jack Whitehall will play Rex, the Queen’s Top Dog – a spoilt little corgi who lives a life of luxury in Buckingham Palace.
