Tess Daly, 49, is a fan-favourite co-hosting Strictly Come Dancing 2018 alongside Claudia Winkleman, 46.
The pair also present the Christmas Special each year, which will see celebrities including Aston Merrygold and Caroline Flack take to the dancefloor.
But the star, who is married to Vernon Kay, admitted she won’t be sitting down to watch the show this year.
While the rest of her family enjoy the festive treat, Tess revealed she will be in the kitchen dancing to Christmas songs.
She told OK! Magazine: “Everyone else will be watching but I’m going to be in the kitchen, dancing along to Christmas music and making the tea!”

Tess and Claudia made history presenting together back in 2014 as they became TV’s first female TV duo.
And the mother-of-two admitted she was “proud” of their achievement and is happy she can share it with her daughters, Phoebe, 14, and Amber, nine, whom she shares with husband Vernon.
“I’m so proud that we paved the way,” she said. “I can tell my daughters that we were the first.
“It was the start of something that should have happened long ago.”
Meanwhile, Tess only has two more episodes of this year’s Strictly Come Dancing to present as the final edges closer.
And the star has certainly upped her game in the style stakes with only a couple of weeks to go.
On Saturday’s episode, Tess slipped into a stunning red ensemble including a tight midi-skirt and an off-the-shoulder top.
The beauty uploaded a picture to her outfit to her Instagram account where she beamed away form the camera.
Her 427,000 followers went wild for her snap with many posting compliments.
One person wrote: “Your looking very beautiful as always. I like you’re outfit.”
“Wow! Stunning as always,” another said.
A third added: “You can never get it wrong because you’re amazing! xxx.”
