Wilder vs Fury: Boxing fan FRUSTRATION as technology FAILS just hours before fight

Several boxing fans took to Twitter to voice their complaints as they prepare for the match. One user has been trying to order the fight since earlier this week, but has not been able to get any further than the page asking them to confirm that they want to order the match. The user tweeted: “I can’t be the only person who’s struggling to order the boxing.

“I’ve been trying since Wednesday and this is as far as it gets.

“No confirmation page, it just stays on this.”

Another user joked that the company that he was trying to order the fight from wanted him to stream it illegally online since it was not processing his payment.

They tweeted: “Just say you want me to illegally live stream it with your chest and go.”

Wilder and Fury are fighting at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles with the bout set to begin at 5am GMT.

Fellow boxer current heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua told William Hill that he believes that Wilder will win.

He said: “Definitely Wilder. When I fought Klitschko he had 16 to 17 months off because Fury got injured and had to pull out of his fight so he had a long period off.

“He said it’s done him well because he was training in between fights, he had revitalised his body – he’d been doing it for so long, took himself out of the box, freshened up.

“He trained and kept his body active and then he had a fight with me.

“But due to the fact that I was probably active while he was waiting to fight Fury, I managed to get the stoppage in the 11th round.

“That activeness plays a big part in boxing.

“So then you’ve got Fury who had a long lay-off, wasn’t trying as he did the opposite, and now he’s going to fight a championship fighter.

“The proof’s in the pudding and history only teaches us that it will repeat itself, so I think that Fury will lose, Wilder will win and providing there’s no rematch contract there would be no reason for us not to fight.”

However, boxing legend Mike Tyson argues that fury will come out victorious.

He said: “Although Wilder’s punch is strong, nothing can compare to the mental strength Fury has shown, both in and out of the ring.

“It’ll be a close call, but I think Fury’s got a true fighting chance.”
