The small Cessna 210N plane came down soon after takeoff and smashed into a two-storey building.
Shocking pictures taken of the aftermath show the aircraft’s charred fuselage hanging from the side of a burned-out residential building.
Video captured by terrified bystanders soon after the crash showed flames engulfing two buildings and vehicles parked in the street.
It is not clear whether those killed were in the plane or on the ground when it crashed.
