RED DEAD ONLINE DOWN – UPDATE ONE: Red Dead Redemption 2 fans on Xbox One are still experiencing server issues with the Red Dead Online beta.
The Red Dead Online beta is launching this week as a staggered launch on Xbox One and PS4 with ultimate edition owners today getting access first.
However, while RDR2 online beta servers are live on PS4 today Xbox One fans are still being greeted with a message that it’s “coming soon”.
The official Rockstar Games Support Twitter account has been busy responding to Red Dead Online players on Xbox One that have been suffering issues.
They have been advising Red Dead fans to head to the official Rockstar Games Support site and to create a “ticket” outlining their issues.

Responding to one Red Dead Online fan on Xbox One, they said: “Please create a support ticket so we may assist you one-on-one.”
Rockstar Games also has a service status page which you can visit by clicking here.
However, at the moment Red Dead Online is not one of the featured games on this page.
ORIGINAL: Red Dead Online beta servers are down on Xbox One right now but servers are up on running on PS4.
The highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 online beta launched today, with Rockstar Games opting for a staggered launch on PS4 and Xbox One.
Those who bought the ultimate edition can play RDR2 Online today while all Red Dead Redemption 2 fans will have access to the mode on Friday.
But as the Red Dead Online beta gets underway those on Xbox One have been hit by unfortunate server issues.
The Rockstar Intel Twitter account was one of the first to break the news about the Red Dead Online server issues.
Soon after it went live they tweeted: “Xbox users are reporting that the servers are not up yet. #RDR2”.
The GTANet Twitter also posted: “Online is live on PS4, not yet on Xbox One.”
The official Rockstar Support Twitter account later confirmed that Xbox One fans were suffering Red Dead Online server issues.
They posted: “We are aware of an issue affecting Xbox One Ultimate Edition players not being able to access Red Dead Online.
“Please be patient as we investigate this issue.”
Xbox One fans have flocked to Twitter soon after Red Dead Online went live to report issues with the servers.
One tweeted: “@RockstarGames why don’t Xbox players have access to the Red Dead Redemption 2 online beta.
“I have the ultimate edition. Can you let us know something waited a month for this just to have PS4 owners rub it in that they have access”.
While another posted: “@RockstarSupport hey there! I bought Red Dead Redemption 2 ultimate edition on Xbox One but cant access online what do I do?”
One added: “Yo, am I the only one on Xbox one not able to play Red Dead Redemption 2 online?”
And one wrote: “@RockstarSupport I have ultimate edition on Xbox but it’s saying coming soon for Red Dead Redemption Online 2”.
