Games with Gold December 2018 UPDATE: Latest Xbox One free games news

Microsoft will be announcing their new Xbox Games With Gold December 2018 lineup in the coming days.

Unlike, Sony PlayStation, there isn’t a clear day in which these new free Xbox One games are revealed.

Recently, Microsoft has been leaving these big announcements for later in the month, sometimes just a day or two before they become available to download.

An example of this came in October, with the tech giant leaving it until the 30th before revealing their Games with Gold November lineup.

So for those willing to bet on when an announcement might come this week, Friday, November 30 might be as good as any.

vCard.red is a free platform for creating a mobile-friendly digital business cards. You can easily create a vCard and generate a QR code for it, allowing others to scan and save your contact details instantly.

The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.

Until then, Xbox Live subscribers will be free to download the current batch of free Xbox games, which includes Battlefield 1 and Race the Sun.

Race the Sun will remain available to download until the mid-month refresh in December, with fans hoping for some top titles to end the year with.

For those who aren’t familiar with Race the Sun, Microsoft describes it as:

“Inspired by arcade games of the past, short games sessions are mixed with nerve-wracking tension and pure fun as you hurtle your solar-powered craft at breakneck speeds in a race against time. The rules are simple: Don’t crash, stay in the light, and don’t slow down.”

So far there have been no leaks to suggest what new games will be added to the Games with Gold subscription service.

This could change in the days to come, with leaks tending to pop up a few days ahead of the big announcement.

While we don’t know the Games with Gold lineup yet, we do know about some of the new titles being released next week on Xbox One.

This includes Darksiders 3 on November 27, which will also launch as an Xbox One X enhanced title.

“Return to an apocalyptic Earth in Darksiders III, a hack-n-slash action adventure where you assume the role of Fury in her quest to hunt down and dispose of the Seven Deadly Sins. The most unpredictable and mysterious of the Four Horsemen, Fury must succeed where many have failed – to bring balance to the forces that now ravage Earth.”

Ride 3 will be released on November 30, offering a new racing experience before the holidays.

“Race on 30 different tracks all over the world and test the speed of more than 230 bikes available. Immerse yourself in a modern 3D environment where you’ll compete side-by-side with your bike, modifying it mechanically and aesthetically thanks to the new livery editor, and play an in-depth career mode that will give you tons of picks from among the best bikes in the world.”

For those who don’t know, Games with Gold offers free Xbox games to qualifying Xbox Live Gold members.

The program provides Gold members with free games every month, worth up to $700 per year, according to Microsoft.

Games with Gold is available to all Xbox Live Gold members, which can be redeemed from the Gold widget on the Xbox One home screen.

Titles can also be found if you download the Xbox One SmartGlass app, and go to the Microsoft Store and then page right.

When you select a game, it’ll be stored in your account and ready for download when you sign in to your console.

It should also be noted that new Games with Gold titles become available on the first and the sixteenth day of every month.
